These are some of the most common questions we hear from couples when they tour our space.

What is the parking situation for guests?
There is ample and organized parking for all guests directly outside the center, including handicap parking spaces only a few feet from the main indoor entrance.

Are there any unique places for photo ops?
In our vast five acres of romantic woodland and venue space, there are many locations for the perfect photo — such as the indoor atrium.

How many events do you hold in one day?
We host one event per day to make your event our top priority.

What is the maximum capacity of the venue?
The Karman Center ballroom can comfortably seat up to 200 guests.

What is the rain plan for an outside ceremony?
In case of inclement weather, your ceremony will be held in the ballroom. We will work with you to create a plan that will best work for both your ceremony and reception and make the flip as seamless as possible.

Can we come back after our tour, and before our wedding date, to see the space again?
Yes, if you would like to visit with your family or wedding vendors, please feel free to schedule an appointment. You will also have a final walk through before your wedding date. This will enable us to go over all of the final details with you and other wedding industry professionals that you are working with.
